Refund policy

ANY RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED $10* FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached & returned to the original packaging (clear Lucy Paris bag).

Any returned packages sent back without the original packaging repeatedly may result in an additional repackaging fee. 

Please consider our garments while admiring them at home as we cannot accept items that have stains, makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, or fragrances. No exceptions. 

Any merchandise marked down (on sale) cannot be returned.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $8*, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you receive your package. Any return that is postmarked more than 14 days from the original delivery date will automatically be reshipped to the customer. After 14 days, it will not be eligible for a refund, or exchange. No exceptions. If, accepted, an extra fee will incur in addition to the $10 Return Fee. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. You must submit a request. An extra charge may result in a restocking fee in additional to the $10.

Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges for international orders. In addition, we can ONLY accept returns/exchanges for items purchased directly from our website. Please contact the original retailer for their return policy.

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.lucyparis.com.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.

Beginning April 15th, our return fee is $10 due to the rising costs of return shipping labels from USPS. Any return requests submitted before April 14th , 11:59 pm PST will still reflect the $8 Return fee.
