It’s ok babe, if you are not in love with your purchase! We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving items. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Request submitted to our Returns Portal. No exceptions. Click below to start the process:

RETURN POLICY

ANY RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED $10** FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT 

 Please return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your items.  

All returns should be new, unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached & returned to original packaging. Any returned packages sent back without original packaging repeatedly may result in an additional extra charge.
Please consider our garments while admiring them at home as we cannot accept returns that have makeup stains, deodorant marks, stains, odors, or fragrances. No exceptions. 

Returns must be postmarked within the 14 day policy. Any return that is postmarked more than 14 days from original delivery date will be automatically reshipped to the customer. After 14 days, it will not be eligible for a refund, no exceptions. If accepted, an extra fee will incur in addition to the $10.

Returns can only be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. You must submit a request. An extra charge may result in a restocking fee in addition to the $10. 

** This amount is subject to change as mail carriers change their prices, especially during the Holiday Season. 

Unfortunately, we can ONLY accept returns/exchanges for items purchased directly from our website. Please contact the retailer for their return policy. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We cannot refund you for REDO PROTECTION SERVICES, once it has been submitted for an order.

 HOLIDAY POLICY ADDENDUM 🩵
We will be extending our Return Policy for the Holidays to 21 days from your delivery date. This means any order placed between November 27th and December 20th will have a 21 day return window. Any orders placed after this date will return to the 14 day return window.

Not sure about a size?

Please ask us. Please do not buy two of the same item just to try on for size. We can help you buy your correct size if you just message, email, or call us. We are happy to help! 

 

EXCHANGES 

Not the right size? That's ok babe! You can request an exchange HERE . Exchange must be an even exchange only. Customer is responsible to ship item back*. Our ship to address is below this page. Once we receive the item, we can ship it back. You have a limit of one exchange. It will become final sale after the 1st exchange.  

*When a return and exchange is being made for the same order: this will result in a extra charge than the original $10 from your return amount.

Standard Shipping - $7* 

Two-Day Shipping - $15* 

One-Day Shipping - $35*

We will pack your order anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that your order is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order, not including weekends or holidays.

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when we ship your order, along with tracking information.

 

One-Day & Two-Day Shipping can only be guaranteed if your order is placed before 12pm PST.

 

For any orders placed after 12pm PST will be shipped out our next business day. This also applies if any orders are placed over the weekend or during holidays.

Please be mindful of when you are placing your order, some of these policies are per our mail carrier's policies.

  

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship internationally worldwide!
Please allow 15-25 days for international orders after shipping confirmation.  Shipping rates vary by location. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, International orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
